“All I would put to you is how is it fair that we have to charge these clients thousands of dollars to be able to get the advice that they so desperately need – to give them the dignity, the certainty and the confidence that they desperately want – as a result of the legislation that keeps coming down from the parliament and the ensuing regulations?”
